1) Where is my data stored?

All files are processed and stored on servers located in Germany. We do not transfer files to third parties.

2) File retention

Media container uploads (MKV, MP4, M4V, WebM and MOV), extracted subtitle files and generated ZIP archives are automatically deleted after 15 minutes. Other temporary tool uploads follow their own automatic cleanup lifecycle. Files downloaded to your device are outside our storage.

3) Personal data

No account is required. We do not collect personal identifiers beyond technical logs required to operate the service (e.g. IP address, user‑agent for security and abuse prevention).

4) Analytics & ads

We use privacy‑friendly, aggregated analytics and Google AdSense to keep the service free. Ad slots are designed to avoid disrupting the conversion flow. You can use an ad blocker; the core functionality will continue to work.

5) Security

Uploads are served via HTTPS. Background workers run with restricted permissions. Only authorized processes can access temporary storage paths.
