Use an early and late dialogue line when the FPS is unknown. Both scale and starting offset are derived from those exact pairs.

Preserve subtitle structure

Dialogue, styling, cue order, and relative duration are retained. A transform is rejected if it would clip cues before zero or beyond the format limit.
